Can the cat stay alone in the room? Yes at most hotels — provided the cat is calm and stays in a carrier or behind a closed door during housekeeping.

Can cats travel on Nordic trains and ferries? Yes. SJ, Vy, Öresund trains, Tallink Silja and Viking Line accept cats in carriers. Book a separate seat where required.
